…When Did She Lose Her ‘Swagger’?
I recently found myself staring at a girl I once knew, as I took a long hard look at her I realized something…she is not as fearless as she use to be. I then looked around and saw that a lot of the women surrounding her had somehow lost something that was once precious and unique about them. Those girls in their 20’s were hungry, bold and unstoppable…those girls screamed confidence, self assurance and resilience – they could and often did, take on the world and its mamma. Fought a good fight with no concept, or even concern for the ramifications…just doing it…regardless. Why? Because they could.
