DINNER DATING FOR BLACK PROFESSIONALS

A new networking agency specialising in assisting black professionals with finding dating opportunities and possibly their perfect match will be launching their first event on Friday 26th June 2009 at the stylish Lane Bar & Restaurant.

Titled ‘Black Dinner Dating’ the events will provide individuals seeking companionship the opportunity to meet like minded people of the opposite sex in a relaxed and elegant setting.

Black Dinner Dating was developed by entrepreneur and Breakthrough Coach Dionne Jude who sought to provide an environment for mature black men and women to meet, other than in a nightclub or on-line.

Following a claim by Oprah Winfrey that 70% of professional black women in the US are thought to be single, Dionne Jude decided to carry out her own investigation to see if the same was true in the UK.

As a result of her survey Dionne discovered that as many as 60% of black females and 40% of black men over 30 expressed that they found it harder to meet prospective partners as they got older.

Hence Black Dinner Dating was born to combine dining and dating, whilst enjoying sumptuous food, interesting conversations and entertainment.

"Who knows what will happen at the end of the evening. Either way, each person will have a great 3 course meal, with men and women who they may not have had the opportunity to meet otherwise." states Dionne.

The first event will take place on Friday 26th June 2009 and will be run subsequently every two months. This is a ticket only event and all interested attendees will need to register on-line at www.blackdinnerdating.com.
