 "Golden Nuggets To Beat Economic Instability"

There is a saying which goes ‘you need to know where you came from in order to know where you’re going.’ To a certain extent this is true! We are, after all, a product of our upbringing and conditioning, and then as we become adults, our social circles and peers.  It is these influences that ultimately guide our decision making and choices.  And as such, if you are really serious about your financial future and becoming (more) financially savvy, then it is vital that you do the following;

5 Points Of Promotional Product For Advertising

MESSAGE- Designing your promotional products can be easy when you know how to make them the most effective representation for your business. One of the most important facets of your  promotional items is that they tell people where and how to find your business. All promotional products should at the very least be designed with your business name, logo and your web address and phone number. This will allow people to become familiar with your business as well as let them know how to contact you in the future.

From King Solomon (Part One)

King Solomon, the son of King David and Queen Bathsheba, is known as the richest and wisest man to ever walk the face of the earth!  He had wisdom in abundance, as well as plentiful gold and silver.  He was a righteous man who The Lord told He would endow him with riches, honour and wisdom.

The Queen of Sheba noted that everything his hands touched prospered. “And she said to the king: 'It was a true report that I heard in mine own land of thine acts, and of thy wisdom.

Have You Scheduled Your MOT For The Year...That Is A Financial MOT?

It’s a brand New Year, and like most New Years there are a number of things that we say we are going to do, and should actually do but don’t.  One of those things generally seems to be scheduling a MOT for one’s finances.  Most people don’t get round to doing this for a number of reasons - a lack of time; lack of money - so don’t think financial planning or a financial health check-up is applicable to them;  or the lack of understanding of money and how it works - thus blocking them from confronting their financial issues and taking control of their finances.

Kids and the Importance of Financial Education

I recently watched programme on BBC IPlayer called The Return of the Real Apprentices, produced by documentary makers Panorama.  http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b00s5xsn

It was based on a case study on four NEETs in Swindon, UK before the recession and after the recession.  NEET (Not in Employment, Education or Training), is term attached to unemployed individuals under the age of 25 here in the UK.  An age group the government desperately wants to get back into employment, as ultimately they are the future of the British workforce,

Are You Being Financially Savvy with Your Savings?

The ending of March generally indicates the approaching of three of key things: 1. Clock change, 2. Spring and Bank Holidays, and 3. Budgets and ISA investment deadlines.

The ISA – Individual Savings Account was introduced by the government to promote investing, and is the taxefficient way to hold investments. You don’t pay any tax on capital gains made and you don’t have to show details on your tax return. What’s more you can withdraw as much as you like from your ISA without losing the taxfree status.

Knowing Your ‘E’ From Your ‘I’ Could Distinctly Change Your Economic Future!!

Robert Kiyosaki, author, international speaker, and financial educator, amongst many other titles, is one my favourite financial writers.  He took an unpopular subject: Money and how it works, and broke it down for the everyday person making it more popular and easier to understand; as well as more accessible and applicable to the average person and their lives.  His books have changed people’s lives!

Rich Dad, Poor Dad, his most popular and best-selling book has sold over 17 million copies; was on the NY Times best selling list for going on seven years, and has been translated into fifty-one languages.  From that first book, seven other books have followed making up the Rich Dad series, including one called ‘Rich Dad’s CASHFLOW Quadrant.

Business Planning

Deciding to start your own business is a big step. You may have that ‘golden idea’ that will make you a millionaire overnight, but writing a solid plan that will convince banks or potential investors to put money into your idea is not always so easy.
